There were 25 successfully closed home sales in Charlotte NC’s Beverly Woods neighborhood for 2010. That’s the first increase in home sales activity for the neighborhood since 2005.
Beverly Woods neighborhood home sales for 2010 were still slower than activity from 2002-2007 but were the highest amount of neighborhood sales since 2008 - after 4 straight years of declining activity that downward trend was broken in 2010.
The average sales price for Beverly Woods homes was $269,887 - and that also showed a stabilizing trend from the past few years. After two years of declining average sales prices, the 2010 average was nearly identical to 2009 (flat is still better than another decline!)
