- had an Average Sales Price of $318,750 (range was $270,000 to $367,500)
- spent an Average of 72 Days on the Market (range was 49 days to 95 days)
- sold for an Average of 90.9% of the Original List Price (range was 90% to 91.9%)
- Seller Paid Closing Cost Contributions of $3,500 were included in 1 of the 2 recently closed Beverly Woods Easy neighborhood home sales
After reaching a VERY high peak in November 2010, the supply of homes for sale continued to decline into March of 2011 to 12.1 months of real estate inventory.
That’s still above balanced market conditions but the under contract activity for the neighborhood has also increased for the neighborhood – indicating an increase in buyer interest and demand.
As of March 2011, the supply of homes for sale is above what it was at this time last year but after a spike in the Fall of 2010 has been declining consistently for the past few months.
Home Buyers of course still have options to consider in the Beverly Woods East neighborhood and current homes are all priced at or under $350k right now.
