The Berkeley neighborhood in Charlotte NC is located just off Providence Rd and Ballantyne Commons Parkway inside 485 and is just minutes from the Promenade on Providence as well as the Stonecrest shopping center.
Homes were built from the late 1980′s through the early 2000′s. Mature trees and landscaping along winding streets throughout the neighborhood welcome homeowners and visitors to this lovely south Charlotte community.
