The neighborhood real estate inventory level is UP to an 11.1 month supply of homes for sale as of May 2012 – that’s well into Buyer favored territory.
The overall trend since January 2012 has been INcreasing levels of inventory for the Montibello neighborhood and that has continued into late Spring 2012.
BUT, Under Contract activity has recently picked up so even though Buyers are generally favored right now, there is movement and activity in the form of offers turning into contracts. If those pending sales close in the near future that will shift the inventory level down.
