Natalie and Kevin had lived in the Charlotte area previously and wanted to move back here after living in the Northeast for several years. They could have bought a house sight unseen or worse, a house that wouldn’t meet their needs for more than a year or two.
They made several trips to the area and since they had already lived here we were able to focus on several areas of town that were most appealing to them. We evaluated options and there was not a ton of inventory, especially since we were keeping their strict budget in mind and it was really important for them to find a house that would meet their needs long term. They didn’t get discouraged and we continued to view new options as they came along.
We found a home that had been under contract but then came back on the market and we all went to view it that day, twice! They ended up offering, reaching an agreed upon contract and successfully closed. Over the years, they’ve made changes and many updates and have grown into the home beautifully, it’s been a fantastic place for their family to grow and they absolutely LOVE the location!
They’ve referred me to several of their family members and friends since we worked together and to this day I still consider them friends.
