Home Buyer Success Story – Debbie’s New Beginning in Charlotte

Debbie had recently relocated to the Charlotte NC area and was renting before deciding where to put down roots in the area. It was an exciting new beginning for her and a transition to a lifestyle where she had the ability to design what hew new life would look like. The different areas and options on where to buy a home were overwhelming!

She could have bought a home immediately upon arriving in the area and found that she hated the location/lifestyle/commute or worse the house itself!

Debbie and I toured many areas of Charlotte and she was able to evaluate how well each fit with her needs/wants/desires now and in the years ahead. We also evaluated available homes and continued to refine her top priororities in a place to call home.

We found a house that not just met but exceeded her expectations from the interior layout to the backyard space. Debbie found the “perfect for her” place to call her own here in Charlotte.

Debbie has since referred family and friends to me as they consider relocating to the Charlotte NC area. After closing she sent me a lovely note thanking me for my patience and straightforward advice during the process.
