Barbara and Ed were ready to downsize and move closer to their daughter who had relocated to Charlotte years earlier.
They could have bought a home here before selling their current home. Instead they got their current home listed and closed with a great agent in NY which allowed them the freedom to pay cash for their home purchase here in NC.
Barbara and Ed didn’t want to live next door to their daughter’s family but still wanted to be within easy driving distance.
We explored several areas and continued to narrow down their options to the most ideal locations. Their daughter was able to accompany us as we did second showings of the top 3 choices.
They chose and successfully purchased a single story home in a community they love, it needed some updating and they’ve enjoyed making it their own.
Barbara and Ed are close enough to visit with the grandkids often while still enjoying their own lifestyle and space.
